Superlative Sisters,
I know in the month of May we celebrate Mother’s Day. Here is a quote from one lady who I know deserves the mother award of the century Coretta Scott -King

Women learn to love yourselves. The world may be hostile, but God loves you.
Don’t let anyone Neglect, Mistreat, Abuse, or Hurt you. For women you are a special Blessing from God. Women you have a lot to offer and to give in this world.
Be a Queen and Princess for the Lord. Love thy neighbor as thyself. You may accomplish many things here but never forget about Christ.

L O V E YOUR MOTHERS AND TO THOSE OF YOU WHO MOTHERS ARE RESTING TILL ETERNITY CHERISH THE MEMORIES.

Superlative Sisters,
IT IS SPRING AGAIN AND THE YEAR HAS JUST BEGUN.
RESSURECTION HOLIDAY!!!
We must remember the reason we celebrate this holiday. It’s not the Easter bunny, Easter eggs, pretty clothes, or the food.
It’s about the Miracle of Christ being raised from the grave. There is an empty tomb to show of his resurrection. God is an Awesome God.
I am reminded of a scripture John 3:16 that says “ For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Begotten Son. How precious is the name of Jesus.
“Does God love us because we are special – or are we special because God loves us”? By: William Ward
There is no greater love than that of a man to lay down his life for a friend. What a friend we have in Jesus!!!
So this spring season be a friend to someone and show some love to your sister. Plant a seed into someone else life and you will see the fruit of your labor and it will not be in vain.

This has been an interesting book and it challenges you to live a daily life for Christ Spiritually.
As you draw closer to God in your daily meditation with Him, He will reveal the simple things in life to you. By dwelling in the secret place of the most high there is plenty of rewards given you. Read Psalm 91 in its entirety.
Keep the FAITH always PRAY and GOD will answer your call.
He said in Acts. 2:17” I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh.”
Ladies it’s a good time to be in the right position, in the right place, a the right time to receive what GOD has for you. March into your seasons of blessing!!!
“For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.”

Superlative Sisters,
It's the month where LOVE is in the air. Happy Valentines Day to you all, and I hope you have a wonderful holiday.
We also celebrate two more events in this month. President's Day and the entire month is Black History Month.
As I think about all the love shown and then my heritage is recognized it's a marvelous thing to take place.
Ladies just think of the love that Jesus gave to us by giving His life. There is a song that Tina Turner sings "What's Love Got to Do with It"?
Well as you know that love has given us eternal life through Jesus Christ.
There is no greater love than a friend to lay down his life. As I think about all our leading African Americans that have given their lives so we can benefit from life today. Dr. King, Rosa Park, Harriet Tubman, just to name a few.
Now we have reached another milestone in history. We have a Black President to show us that there is nothing to hard for God.
Celebrate your heritage with PRIDE. Contribute and be a leader in society.
God has given us all gifts to use. Do more for Heaven in 2011.
Make a difference by spreading the love that has been placed in your hearts.
Love covers a multitude of sins. Forgive and you shall be forgiven.
Love your neighbor as yourself.
Ladies love when you know you will not receive love back..
Love is a splendid thing if you use it right.
"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us." (Romans 8:35,37

Superlative Sisters,
Most will begin the New Year - 2011 - by making resolutions.
Resolutions, moreover, are those things we resolve to do and usually they are things for our benefit.
We need to understand that God is far more interested in our future than He is in our past.
You Cannot Depend Upon Past Victories To Sustain You.
You Cannot Allow Your Past Failures to Possess You ... do not dwell on the past.
You Cannot Live on Yesterday’s Faith,
Begin to know Him for yourself. The bible says, “I am the way, the truth and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6).
DISCOVER WHAT GOD WANTS FOR YOU
You Must First See Yourself as God Sees You.
You Must See Your Possibilities as God Sees Them.
DECIDE TO ACCEPT GOD’S PLAN
Getting to know God is an amazing, humbling, and awe-inspiring experience. It’s an experience that I long to give to you. But I can’t - you must reach out for Him yourself. We have a God who longs to have an intimate relationship with His creation, yet we still have so many lost souls in the world.
I pray that you will also put your trust in Him this year and get to know Him like never before.
“He is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord.”

Superlative Sisters,
Hello Ladies this is the time of year that I enjoy the most.
First, of all to celebrate the birth of C H R I S T and then to celebrate my birthday.
I know there is a lot of hustle and bustle during this time of year, but don’t forget the reason for the season.
In a lowly manger in Bethlehem there was a little babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger born into this world to bring peace and goodwill towards all men. His name is Jesus, Emmanuel, Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Nisse, Savior, etc… but I like to just call Him Jesus.

Who has a gift for Him for His birthday? He has given us the greatest gift of all, eternal life what shall we render unto the Lord?
Don’t let the world have you in bondage this time of season.
It’s time to R E J O I C E !!!!!!

Superlative Sisters,
Hello ladies, this month we celebrate ,Columbus Day
Let’s remember there was nothing that was made that wasn’t made by God.
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
Comfort
I feel the comfort of God's presence in every moment. Be confindent in this one thing that God never fails.
Many people find that in times of great need, they have a profound realization of the presence of God. The sacred Presence is our unfailing source of strength and reassurance.
If I am in need, I let my awareness of God's presence wash over me, calming me. I whisper reminders to myself: God is closer than my breath. Spirit is my comfort and my guidance. My fears and concerns melt away. My mind clears, and my heart steadies.
God is my wellspring of support at all times. I move ahead now with confidence, for I know I am never alone. I live each day knowing that God guides me through both challenges and opportunities.
This is my comfort in my distress, that your promise gives me life.--Psalm 119:50

Superlative Sisters,
Hello ladies, this month we celebrate Labor Day, September 6, 2010.
Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.
As we look at laboring for the man we must not forget to labor for the Lord. His investment benefits are much more than any man can give in return.
Everyone wants Prosperity
My life is abundant, and I share my abundance by serving others.
Sharing love and kindness comes naturally, like smiling at a stranger, helping a neighbor, cooking a meal, hugging a child. When someone needs help or support, I give freely and easily. These are blessings of God expressing through me and as me.
Giving and receiving are bound tightly together. As I turn my thoughts to the blessings of life today, I am full of gratitude for each one given and received.
The measure you give will be the measure you get, and still more will be given you.--Mark 4:24Caring and Sharing, in Love

Superlative Sisters,
Hello ladies, Oh how the time does fly, It’s that time of year for our little ones to enter into the school doors again in 3 weeks.
Let’s be in prayer for our kids and staff on each campus.
It takes Teamwork
When we work as a team, we give expression to our inner divine qualities and unite our creativity and inventiveness. The result of what we accomplish together is greater than the sum of our individual efforts.
Synergy arises and energizes us as we collectively apply our hearts and minds to the task. Whether at home, at work, school or in the community, our cooperation is evident. Everyone benefits from these interactions.
Cooperation enhances all ventures, keeping confrontation and impatience at bay. As we express our higher spiritual natures, we enliven the work of our hands and our minds. We get the job done, and we do it well. Everyone is successful and our kids succed alone with the teachers.
Remember “All things work together for good for those who love God, who are called according to his purpose”.--Romans 8:28

Happy July 4th,
In recognition and celebration of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. . The United States Declaration of Independence was adopted by the Continental Congress on July 4, 1776.
So women as we celebrate being independent let’s not forget God. We know being independent women in the 21 century is a blessing in itself, but God still has an order in his plan for us.
Women those of you who are married the man is still head of the house hold. Yes, it’s true it’s God’s plan for us as Titus 2 women.
To those of you who are still single women remember there is an order for you, to be like Titus 2:12-14 Women. 12 denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; 13Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ; 14Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
Women let’s become independent from, jealousy, backbiting, lust, lovers of ourselves, gossiping, hatred, adultery, fornication, strife, lasciviousness and become dependent on love, joy, peace, longsuffering, patient, temperance, gentleness, meekness, goodness and faith in God.
Let your independence be a beacon light for Christ that cannot be hid. We were slaves to sin but God gave us our independence on Calvary over 2000 years ago.
Let’s remember to cherish our independence by celebrating the lives of those who were lost for our freedom.

Superlative Sisters,
It’s the month we celebrate Father’s Day.
Blessings on all the Father’s!!!
In the month of June we know it’s a season of heat and storms, but God can control any storm and he can make you cool in heated situations.
Let’s remember our Fore Fathers who paved the way for us today. It’s an honor and privilege to be able to live in houses we didn’t build, eat food we didn’t plant, and drives cars we didn’t build. Halulehijah!!!
As I honor my father Mr. C. L. Morris, Sr. and my father in- law Rev. J.W. Brown whom both sleep the long sleep of death, please cherish the time and memories you have with your fathers while they live.
There is a Father above all Fathers and His name is God. He has given His only begotten son to impart His love upon his adopted children. Keep the Father in heaven near to you.
Women I encourage you to support your dad, husband, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, grand-father, who are fathers. Lift your man up to the Father who can teach them how to be a Godly Father.
Happy Father’s Day!

Superlative Sisters,It’s the month we celebrate Mother’s Day.
Blessings on all the Mother’s!!!
As we know every day is Mother’s Day.
A Mother’s job is never done. We must cherish our Mothers. God has been so gracious and kind to bless us with such a jewel.
I cherish the jewel God gave me, Elizabeth Morris. I know we all have heard and read this scripture before in Proverbs 31 about the virtuous Woman, but that is what God has given me and my brothers and sisters.
Sisters if you have a Godly Mother take the strength from her and use it to show your family how to have a relationship with God.
Just as your mom plants a tiny seed that will someday grow into a mighty tree; she plants the seeds of divine ideas within your consciousness through your thoughts and words. You feed these ideas with wisdom and enthusiasm, and you nurture them with your actions and interactions. Guided and inspired by God, you are alert to all the new possibilities life presents. Giving thanks for right outcomes, you respond to life with passion as you mature mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Be an example to someone who is a tiny plant, but someday will grow up to be a tree.
Happy Mother’s Day!

April 2010
Superlative Sisters,
I enjoy this time of year, because of the growth process in nature and the freshness of a new dawn.
in the spring, I have faith that the air will begin to warm and new sprouts and blossoms will appear. This has happened every spring before now, and it will happen every spring to come.
With this same faith, I know that when I am hungry, food will be available. When I am thirsty, my thirst will be quenched. When I am cold, I will have clothing and shelter. Right now, I have everything I need. As I become aware of the truth of this statement, I am able to drop any worries about what is to come. In this moment, I let go of any fear or anxiety about the future and rest in unwavering faith. All is well. I am at peace knowing I have everything I need.
Do not worry, saying, "What will we eat?" or "What will we drink?" or "What will we wear?"--Matthew 6:31
God is a God of truth and He cannot lie. A new day dawns as we awaken to our Christ consciousness.
Each person on Earth is like a seed, a dormant shell of pure potential, waiting to be transformed into a flower. We may not have discovered some of our divine attributes, but they are safely tucked within us, waiting to be called forth. Our perfect potential--the very essence of our wholeness--is there inside.
This divine essence is our Christ consciousness. As we awaken to it, we are transformed into wholeness. As we awaken, we live as Jesus lived; we love as Jesus loved. We experience a world of peace and joy.
We are all part of God's radiant garden of humanity, growing into the perfect expression of peace and harmony.

Hello Sisters, we have sprung into the Spring Season once again,
God is still good!!!
I just want to encourage you through the rain, sleet, snow, Yes snow in Texas God is still in control. He specializes in things that seems impossible, that’s when He is at His best.
I have been enjoying a Book that my Pastor has the Women and Men Ministry at the church reading.
The name of this book is “ The Relationship Principles of Jesus”
by: Tom Holladay
This book lets the reader know that there is nothing more important than Relationships. We should place the highest value on Relationships I ‘ve come to experience in my lifetime that the author is right.
We think our possessions, our education, our status in life, is the highest priority in life but that all fades away, then what? The Bible tells us what profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul. Greater is your reward in heaven.
As we March into a new season and the time Springs forward ladies I hope your lives are experiencing a new season with the Master. A glorious one with new mercies everyday.
Keep Christ first in your life all these other things He will add unto you.
Ladies lets have a closer relationship with Jesus Christ.
Let Him deliver, direct, and develop you spiritually.
It’s a new season, it’s a new day, fresh anointing is flowing your way, and it’s a season of power and prosperity. It’s yours.

The Nation Celebrates Black History Month
February 1st marks the month-long recognition of the contributions African Americans have made to the success of America. "Black History Month" was
started by Dr. Carter G. Woodson in 1926 as "Negro History Week".
He established this celebration to highlight the significant presence and influence of "Negros" in America. Dr. Woodson chose the second week in February for Negro History Week because Fredrick Douglass and Abraham Lincoln have birthdays within that week.
He felt it would be a testament to the two men he believed greatly influenced the black American experience. This later resulted in the celebration of Black History Month.
Carter G. Woodson, the "Father of Black History", was born December 19, 1875, in New Canton, Virginia, to former slaves. He died April 3, 1950. He earned a Bachelor of Literature degree from Berea College in Kentucky, a M.A. from the University of Chicago, and a Ph.D. in history from Harvard University.
As Black Females we want to be a positive influence in the life of someone else.
Christ said to let our lights so shine that men may see our good works and glorify Him.
This month we also celebrate Valentine Day. We are to express love to very special people in our lives. God gave us the greatest gift of all, His only begotten son, Jesus Christ. Jesus showed His love by giving His life. There is no greater love.
Sisters be encouraged to know it’s not about how much money you make, where you live, your status in life, your education, It’s all about the Love of Jesus.

Superlative Sisters,
Most will begin the New Year - 2010 - by making resolutions.
Resolutions, moreover, are those things we resolve to do and usually they are things for our benefit. Are solution is basically a promise to self. And, like most promises, they are easily forgotten.
We have a God, however, who has made some wonderful promises, and He never forgets them. He fulfills them all!
God’s promises, moreover, are available to you .My prayer for you this new year is that you will get to know God - I mean really get to know Him. Don’t just make it a resolution - make it a reality! And, it’s only through His Son - Jesus - that you can really understand
His character and begin to know Him for yourself. The bible says, “I am the way, the truth and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6).
Getting to know God is an amazing, humbling, and awe-inspiring experience. It’s an experience that I long to give to you. But I can’t - you must reach out for Him yourself. We have a God who longs to have an intimate relationship with His creation, yet we still have so many lost souls in the world.
We must start embracing the Truth of God’s Word. Often times we put Him in a box and try to prevent Him from being God. He’s bigger than a box.
I trust that it will all be for my benefit and for His glory. You will find that when you align yourself with the will of God all those other things - bills, finances, relationships, dreams, desires, and wants - will all work themselves out.
I pray that you will also put your trust in Him this year and get to know Him like never before.
“He is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord.”
