She was born in a small town by the name of Ennis, Texas about 30 miles South of Dallas, Texas.
She graduated from Ennis High School in 1980. After finishing High School she continued her education by going to Navarro Jr. College. She graduated from Navarro Jr. College in 1982.
She later moved to Arlington, Texas where she attended the University of Texas at Arlington in 1999. Her major was Education.
She has been employed in the Arlington School District for 14 years.
She has worked with the Disadvantaged Children, Behavior Intervention Program, Special Education Department, and now she is the Campus Technology Manager at Lynn Hale Elementary.
On January 8th, 1983 she married her high school sweet heart of 29 years, who is the Recording Secretary of the National Missionary Baptist Convention of America, Dr. T.L. Brown. He is her Pastor, mentor, best friend, lover, sounding board, and her protector. He’s her all and all.
She has recently received her Diploma in Biblical Studies from the Faith Bible Institute.
They have 3 children, Veronica Brown, who is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington. Angela Brown, who is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington., and Joshua Brown who is a freshman at Stephen F. Austin University.
She is a member of the Exciting Ervay Cedar M.B.C in Dallas, Texas where her pastor is Dr. T.L. Brown.
She is in involved in several ministries in the church. She is one of the youth Sunday School Teachers, she is a tutor with our after school program on Wednesday nights.
She sings in the Sanctuary Choir, she is President over our Women Ministry, and she is also on the Capital Stewardship Committee. She is the PowerPoint Technician for the Media Ministry.
She is President of the Ministers Wives Auxiliary of the Dalworth District Association.
She is now an Instructor for the National Missionary Baptist School and B.T.U. Congress where Dr. T. B. Boyd III is the CEO / President.
Pastor & Sis. Brown is being featured in January issue of Trendsetters Magazine.
She loves people because Christ first loved her. Her saying is “I was made to become like him”. Her desire is to spread the word of God not just by talking it but also by living it daily.
She loves the Lord with all her heart, mind, and soul.
